How it works

From first call to finished job

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what's going on

Call or send a request with your address and what you're seeing: a leak, missing shingles, hail damage or just an old roof. Photos help if you have them.

  2. Step 2

    Roof inspection

The shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and gutters are checked, along with the attic or ceiling where water shows up, to find the cause and not just the stain.

  3. Step 3

    A clear quote

You get a quote that spells out the scope of work and the materials, with options when there's more than one sensible way to fix the roof.

  4. Step 4

    The work and the cleanup

The job is scheduled around the weather and your calendar. When it's done, the site is cleaned up, nails and debris included, and the finished work is walked through with you.

“This company is one of the greatest companies I have ever had the opportunity to work with, the owner is super awesome and his workers are very professional and they did an amazing job. They stayed until they were done the job. I would highly recommend the company. They also cleaned up. Thanks for everything.”

“If you are needing help with your roof, this is THE company to call! Preston came out and personally inspected our leaky problem roof. We found him to be very personable and knowledgeable as he quickly educated us as to the reasons why our 6 year old premium roof was failing us. Throughout the process of getting approval (warranty job) until the job was completed, Preston was either on site or available via a call or text. He always answers! Preston brought well trained and respectful workers to our job. They did everything by the book. (…)”

FAQ

Complete Roof Replacement: common questions

How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?

It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A few missing shingles, a cracked pipe boot or a leak around a chimney can usually be repaired. Shingles curling, cracking or shedding granules across the whole roof, repeated leaks in different spots, or soft decking usually point to a replacement. An inspection tells you which one you're dealing with.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes are done in one to three days once work starts. Large or steep roofs, several layers to tear off, decking repairs and the weather can add time. You'll know the expected timeline before work begins.

Can new shingles go over my old roof?

Sometimes, but it's rarely the better choice. A second layer hides the decking, so rot or soft spots go unseen, adds weight to the structure and can shorten the life of the new shingles. Many local codes also allow no more than two layers. A full tear-off lets the decking be checked and repaired before the new roof goes on.

My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?

Move belongings out of the way, put a bucket under the drip and keep people away from any ceiling that is sagging with water. Take photos inside and out. Then get in touch with your address and where the water shows up; a temporary cover can often keep water out until the repair is made.

Should I file an insurance claim for hail or wind damage?

If a storm damaged your roof, have it inspected before you decide. Take photos, write down the date of the storm and check your policy for deadlines on reporting damage. Your insurer sends an adjuster to assess the claim, and knowing what was damaged beforehand helps you follow the process.
